The One Where There Are Just the Two of You
I remembered one of my childhood stupid 'teka-teki' saying something like this :
The first occupants of the Station were Bill Shepherd, Yuri Gidzenko, and Sergei Krikalev from November 1, 2000. Now, current occupants are Expedition 9 crew flight engineer Michael Fincke and commander Gennady Padalka. (April, 2004 - ??) Imagine ur life to wake up not knowing is it really morning or night.. Just the two of you.. manning the computers as your daily routine.. TV?? hell no.. the best thing for entertainment could be playing poker.. heh.. could be the best job for a Demophobic (Fear of crowds).. How about their $ex life?? well.. i dunno..
Could you??
Note : Cosmonaut Yuri Gidzenko now in Kuala Lumpur for the launching of the "Fortis 10 Years in Space" memorial timepiece edition.
Note 2 : Cosmonauts and Astronauts are actually the same, Russians call it cosmonauts (cosmo = space) while Americans call it astronauts (astro = stars).. You're going to space, not stars, right??

I remembered one of my childhood stupid 'teka-teki' saying something like this :
Q: "Dalam dunia mana yang ada cuma 2 orang?"Well, to think of it.. there's actually is.. one place.. just the two (sometimes 3) of you .. for almost 4 months (could be longer).. where is it? International Space Station (ISS).. (if you have no idea on ISS, please watch back 'Armageddon', (1998)).. although their first base module, Zarya (Sunrise; in Russian) was actually launched only in November 1998 and occupied 2 years later. It is interesting to find that the ISS is actually passes over most points on Earth every day but cannot always be seen. The best time to watch is just before dawn or just after sunset, when the observer is in the dark but the ISS is in the sun. You may check the station location, here.
