The One With The Car Wash Incident 

Yesterday evening's quite clear blue sky inspired me to drive to a petrol station to get my car to be washed.. heh.. quite awhile since the last one.. :P.. If you do not know, in some petrol station's car wash, they have this price range for cars below 1000cc, 1000cc - 1799cc, 1800cc and above, and SUV/MPV/4WD.. differs of RM1 or 2 perhaps..

As usual, I would pay the cheapest price for my cute little car.. While waiting, I sat on the bench and watched a couple test driving a modified Satria with a used car salesman.. then, I overheard a conversation over the counter.. a man in his late 30s or maybe early 40s, complaining why he's being charged for (1800cc and above) range.. sounded like...

"Allo, my car aa.. although it is a 1.8cc car, but the actual cc is not 1800 you know, it is just 1796cc.. I shouldn't be charged this much.. you wanna look at my roadtax or not? 1796 only.. "

Although the man definately got a point.. he shouldnt be charged for 1800cc price.. could win easily in the court.. But, hey!! that's a common fact man.. 2.0 litre engine of Perdana V6 is actually 1999cc, 1.0 Kelisa is just 989cc and even 850 Kancil is actually 847cc.. they still dont call it 847EZ or 847EX.. everybody shd know that.. why bother?? furthermore.. is it just a matter of RM1 or at most RM2..

Couldnt bother less, I walked to my just-finish-washed-and-vacuumed car, took the key and about to get into my car, I heard the guy voicing his arguement again, that time with the car washers.. I looked back, there.. the man stood with his latest Mercedes-Benz 180 C Class KOMPRESSOR.. demanding his RM1...

With a smirking smile, I drove home..
