The One With An Open Letter to Maxis

I am a subscriber of Maxis for years.. about 2 years back, I switched to M-Plan, whereby I have to pay RM99+3 per month, and i'll be given RM99 talktime which could carry forward up to 3 months..However, those carry forward now no longer valid.. and eversince I got married, I spend a lot lesser in phone calls..

Yesterday, I checked my phone bill.. I was charged RM102 for less than RM50 I used.. and talk time balance will just be forfeited..

So.. I think I better spend the balance, AFUNDIing....
