The One With The CSI:JB 

Heh.. During Noritta vs Haniff trial, we did a lot of comparison between Malaysian Forensic unit with our benchmark; obviously, Grissom n Co. Up untill now; nobody FOR SURE know who the murderer is.. (except the murderer himself lah..) Now, murder trial for a 10-year-old girl Nurul Huda Gani, who was raped and sodomised by some psychopathic no-hearted animals..The accused, Mohd Abbas Danus Baksan already pleaded guilty for doing so and was sentenced to jail for 20 years plus 24 cannings.. Now, it is for murder under Section 302 of the Penal Code which carries mandatory death sentence upon conviction..

Yet again, funny things happened.. Photographers who took pictures of the crime scene, claimed photographs he took using government owned camera turned out blank and could not be printed. HECK!! There were 3 rolls of them including post-mortem processes which couldn't be shown to the court as evidence.. he is damn lucky after he had couples of pictures taken by his own camera..

Oh my.. How much our government had spent on upgrading infrastructures and resources for PDRM? It could be a slight unfortunate mishap but could cause justice at stake.. a murderer could again at large due to so called technical mistakes..

I want to make some suggestions to Suruhanjaya Khas Penambahbaikan Perjalanan dan Pengurusan Polis Diraja Malaysia (PDRM) regarding Malaysian CSI ever since our bad experience with them.. anybody knows how to do so??
